- I have 10 years of experience with order processing and am passionate about customer service. In my job as Customer Service Coordinator at BSB, I appreciate the opportunity I get to be part of the entire customer journey. This means that I can build close relationships with customers and together with my skilled colleagues ensure that our customers always get their goods on time and always are happy, explains Kirsten Mathiasen Frederiksen.
She feels she is off to a good start in her new job.

Kirsten Mathiasen Frederiksen is for now employed as a maternity substitute for one year.
