A strong working environment is integral part of our DNA

BSB Group has an ambitious growth strategy, and it is in the company's DNA to constantly fine-tune the business and day after day make it a notch better and smarter.

- There are many talented competitors out there who want to get their hands on our markets and customers. We are up against tough competitors from all over the world. They are hungry for our business and they keep a close eye on what we do and how much we earn. That is why we must constantly make sure that we improve ourselves. Both in relation to our solutions and in relation to our employees, Sonja Stokholm explains of the background for the employee satisfaction analysis.

We all need to pull together in the same direction

The employees naturally play a key role in the growth strategy, and CEO Teddy Norsgaard Jørgensen is pleased that the employee satisfaction analysis shows that management and employees largely operate according to the same values and goals.

- It is about constantly optimizing our processes through CBI projects, so that we can produce more competitively, create added value for our customers and deliver the right quality with high reliability of delivery. Here, our skilled employees play a crucial role, because the chance of success in the market is greatest when we have a good working environment, where everyone is on the same wavelength and pulls in the same direction, emphasizes a proud Teddy Norsgaard Jørgensen.

Good inputs pave way for an even better working environment

With a response rate of 79% out of almost 300 employees, there are of course answers that suggest that the management of BSB Group need to act more proactively on certain issues.

- Fortunately, we found very few negative answers, but some employees suggest, for example, that we can become more skilled at helping each other across tasks and functions. Others believe we can stand even stronger together and that management can become more skilled at appreciating work effort. Some say we need to take signs of stress more seriously and must make an extra effort to create a good work environment. We take all input seriously, and through the CBI we will initiate measures to ensure that we remember to motivate and praise each other, that we treat each other with respect and stand together to achieve our goals, Claus Iwersen emphasizes.
