The new face in BSB's finance department started in the job on February 1, and she has had a good start in Lunderskov.
- My new colleagues have welcomed me, and it has been easy for me to become part of the "group". We are a good match. Both professionally and socially. It is obvious that BSB is a workplace where the well-being of employees is a high priority, says Berit Schielstrup.
She has worked with numbers throughout her working life. The last 15 years in a similar position at Tricon in Kolding. Now she is looking forward to supplementing the strong team in the finance department at BSB, where she will, among other things, be busy with daily bookkeeping and month end.
- I'm probably a bit of a numbers nerd and driven to always achieving a perfect result. Numbers must always match, and if they don’t, I’m happy to contribute to handling the challenges for our accounts to be 100 percent correct, says Berit Schielstrup, who is pleased that she is often being consulted.
- Many of my tasks are of course firmly defined, but I can to a large extent also help to create my own work day. This is exciting and, together with BSB's smart financial systems, important reasons why I chose to accept when I was offered the job, Berit Schielstrup emphasizes.
