- For the last 10 years I have worked in the salmon industry. I felt it was time to try something new and different, and I am pleased that BSB Industry believes that I have the professional qualifications and human qualities to fill the role in Customer Service, says a happy Majbritt Greisen Søgaard.
She had her first work day at BSB Industry on August 1 and is already playing a significant role in the team relating to and communicating with customers.
- As a Customer Service Coordinator, I deal with all the administrative aspects of sales. I create orders, make order confirmations and coordinate with the production department as to when deliveries can be ready for shipment to our customers. I remain in close contact with customers, our suppliers and freight forwarders. All with the goal in mind that our customers are satisfied and get their goods on time, explains Majbritt Greisen Søgaard.

On the private side, Majbritt Greisen Søgaard lives in the nearby town of Kolding with her family.
