Christmas is around the corner, and with it comes the tradition of pausing and reflecting on the past year

For BSB Industry, 2024 has been a year filled with new challenges, exciting developments and targeted investments - all with a focus on creating value for our customers and making a difference in the industry we are part of.

2024 has been a year where we have adapted to a more diversified production and operated in a market with severe pressure and lower profit margins. Nevertheless, BSB Industry stands strong as a reliable partner, always ready to deliver customized solutions.

We thank all partners for the past year, and we look forward to continuing the good cooperation and taking new steps together in 2025.

Highlights from the past year

We have a new ambitious strategy with an investment plan of +120 million. DKK, which will equip us for the future.
Our administration and production team have been strengthened, both in Denmark and Poland.
Assembly production in Hammelev, Denmark, has been established and is now fully operational.
In Poland, we have welcomed Paweł Pociżnicki as our new Plant Director, who will lead our activities going forward.
We have taken a big step internationally with the opening of a salesoffice in the US, where Jeppe Hedeager has been hired as Country Manager.
A new fiber laser has been added to our production facilities in Lunderskov, Denmark, increasing both efficiency and quality.
We have increased the focus on safety at BSB Industry, because nothing is more important than the well-being and safety of our employees.
We are in process of our ESG journey and preparation for CSRD 2025.
