Morten Krusborg new CEO of BSB Group

Morten Krusborg is appointed new CEO of BSB Group in Lunderskov, Denmark, effective November 1. He comes with extensive management experience from large, international companies, where he has had overall responsibility for operations as well as development, sales, purchasing and supply chain solutions.

A new CEO is in place at BSB Group

The new CEO takes over from Per Lyngaa, who has served as interim CEO since February 2022. Per Lyngaa will resume his position as a member of the board of BSB Group.

BSB is a leading supplier of steel solutions to the wind industry and other industries and chairman of the board, Jesper Knudsen, expresses his delight in welcoming Morten Krusborg, 47, on board as CEO.

Commercial insights key to succeed with ambitious strategic plan

Ambitions for accelerated growth are high at the steel company and with regard to this Morten Krusborg’s strong commercial insights has played a central role for his selection as CEO.

Back to his manufacturing roots

Morten Krusborg was born and raised on a farm in a family of self-employed entrepreneurs. He learned early on to roll up his sleeves and work hard to achieve the things in life he dreamed of.

He started his career on the floor of a manufacturing company. He realized the value of study and soon graduated as MBA in strategic management. Working life has taken him through exciting jobs at Bonus Energy, Siemens and Semler, before he now returns home to his manufacturing roots as CEO of BSB Group.

He is pleased to be back in manufacturing in a company, where he now has his hand on the entire value chain from engineering to purchasing, production and supply chain solutions.

On the private side, Morten Krusborg resides with his wife and two children, aged 15 and 17, in Grindsted in central Jutland.
