Pawel Pociznicki is new factory manager for Poland at BSB Industry

43-year-old Paweł Pociżnicki comes from a position as Head of Installation and Service Department at a larger Polish company, where he was in charge of production and assembly of process plants, mainly for the energy sector. After 13 years in the same job, he looks forward to new challenges at BSB Industry.

- I have learned much and developed as a leader and person with my now former employer. We have been on an exciting development journey together. After 13 years in the same company, though, something new needs to be in my work life, Paweł Pociżnicki explains, looking forward to taking on more responsibility and gaining a deeper understanding of organization and processes at BSB Industry.

- At BSB Industry, I’ll have overall responsibility for the development of the Polish division, and I look forward to bringing both my management experience and technical insights into play. First and foremost, I am looking forward to meeting all staff and get a good understanding of the organization and processes to outline the course for the development of BSB Industry's Polish division in close collaboration with, among others, CEO Morten Krusborg and the Polish middle management, explains the newly appointed factory manager.

Combining management experience and technical insights commands respect

Paweł Pociżnicki sets out as factory manager effective April 30, 2024. He looks forward to put his all into it, emphasizing that he is not above getting his "hands dirty” in the process.

- The employees will soon know they can come to me with everything tough, whether it's challenges in management or in production. I tend to see solutions rather than problems and don't rest until the challenge is resolved. I'm always pleased to delegate responsibility, but I also don't shy away from getting my hands dirty and using my experience and technical understanding to solve a production challenge at hand. I can feel that this grows respect among staff, Paweł Pociżnicki says, who personally is always on the move, both at work and in his spare time.

- When I'm off, I don't just sit in front of my TV. I love fixing old cars and motorcycles, as well as enjoying diving and practicing martial arts twice a week. In general, I relax at max when being active with friends or my lovely wife and two wonderful children, says Paweł Pociżnicki, who is looking forward to realizing his and BSB Industry's ambitions as the new factory manager of the Polish division.
