Responsibilities and tasks
Your primary work tasks will include:

Ensuring that QHSES tools are applied in relevant processes.

Controlling that necessary documentation is developed and delivered on time to customers.

Registering non-conformities (NCRs) and implement, track, and validate corrective and preventive actions within the QHSES areas.

Facilitating the PPAP process (Production Part Approval Process), including APQP, FMEA, and control plans.

Planing and conducting internal and external audits, including supplier audits.
-
Monitoring and managing data on consumption and waste.

Maintaining and further developing the management system based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Supporting the definition and preparation of customer quality and service requirements in new projects.

Conducting training in management systems and best practices, including the 8D method.

Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and legislation.
Professional and personal competences
To be successful in the role, we envision that you have:
-
A technical degree, e.g., in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Auditor certification, preferably in ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant industry, such as the wind sector, industrial manufacturing, or automotive.

Experience in conducting internal and external audits.

Experience in handling non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Proficiency in quality tools and problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, 8D, 5 Whys, etc.).
-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Danish.
-
An analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
