Responsibilities and tasks

As a technical order processor in our laser department, you will be a central part of our order flow. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed correctly and efficiently, as well as coordinating with production and warehouse to ensure timely delivery. Your tasks will include, among other things:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Coordinating with production and warehouse for delivery of orders
  • Handling quoting and follow-up
  • Updating data in ERP systems
  • Collaborating with the sales team and other departments
  • Preparing programs for laser for holiday relief or illness

Professional and personal competences

To be successful in the role, we envision that you have:

  • Experience with order processing in a manufacturing company
  • Technical understanding, including the ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Experience with ERP systems and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills in both Danish and English
  • A structured and responsible approach to tasks
  • A service-minded and solution-oriented work style
