Welding coordinator (NDT) wanted
BSB Industry is looking for a new colleague for the QHSES department
We are busy at BSB Industry. Therefore, we are looking for a competent welding coordinator with a passion for documentation, quality, steel and welding. You will be part of the QHSES organization, which currently has three employees, including 1 NDT and welding coordinator. Here you will have a broad cross-functional role, where you will alternate between tasks on the shopfloor and in the office based in Lunderskov.
Among other things, you will collaborate with the project department and production and will work closely with our NDT and welding coordinator daily. As a coordinator, you will be in charge of documentation packages for our customers and help ensure that the documentation is complete and timely.

Responsibilities and tasks
Your primary tasks will include:
- Reviewing tender material from customers, specifically around requirement specifications for steel and welds, and with other stakeholders
- Participation in audits
- Assisting the NDT and welding coordinator with the preparation and creation of inspection plans, welding procedures, follow-up, etc.
- To assist/help the organization with the preparation of PPAP for customers, e.g. PFMEA, control plans, measurement reports, FAI, FAT, etc.
- Performing NDT tasks, e.g. VT, MT and UT.
- Review of material certificates and traceability registration
- Collecting internal and external measurement data and registrations
- Data review
- Preparation of documentation packages for customers
- Communication of documentation in internal systems and customer portals
Professional and personal competences
We do not require you to have a specific education. For example, you can have a background as a skilled worker or a technical background, preferably combined with an NDT education. Candidates with a welding background and NDT, level 2, are preferred.
We expect that:
- You have a high degree of structure, a sense of order, and good coordination, communication and collaboration skills.
- You can thrive in production as well as in the office, as you will vary between administrative tasks and technical tasks in operations.
- You have experience with the Windows Office suite and find it exciting to work in different systems and portals.
- You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- You have an understanding of drawings and processes.
- You have documented experience with standards such as EN 1090, ISO 9001 and UNI EN ISO 3834.
In addition, experience with APQPWind or knowledge of Automotive IATF 16949 is an advantage.
